Bacchus

Oh I do love Bacchus. And I love it even more because last night they very graciously took an appie and our dessert off our bill because they said they knew we were frequent customers and wanted to show their appreciation. I now really understand the meaning of “surprise and delight”.

To me the best way to enjoy Bacchus is to sit in the bar area and share. They have a variety of small plate options which are divine. My favorite – the veal ravioli. The spinach risotto fritters are the perfect carrier to get as much of the truffled fonduta as you can. And, the green bean salad with blue cheese is always crisp and delicious.

Plus here is an insider’s secret. It is not on the menu. They will make a cheeseburger if you ask for it. They do it for the people who live upstairs in the condos. So far, they have never turned me down. And they are really really good!!!
