Had another great experience at INdustri on Friday night. Had to try out more of their special infused vodkas. The bartender asked me a little bit about what I like and he created a special martini. Pear vodka, elderberry, and prosecco. It was divine.
This time, we also ate. Good idea, because those martinis are strong! Overall the food was solid. The highlights were the breadsticks which they serve with flavored butter they make in house – orange and chili and mixed berries. Infused vodka and infused butter. Yum. The sausage and white cheddar cheese curd kabobs are reason enough to go back. Overall the food was solid. A little on the heavy side – ribs, steaks, meatloaf and sauage (in the same dish!) – probably a bit too heavy handed on the sauces, but overall definitely worth a visit. And a must for a cocktail!
